A tale of young man finding love and then losing it, A.M. Radio tells a story of a what it's like to be a typical twenty something year old filled with confusion and anger when dealing with the acts of love. In their album "Living at the Same Time", A.M. Radio presents a blend of folk, punk rock, classic rock, and indie rock that sounds like a warm feeling of the Midwest. With their traditional rock elements to create a unique indie sound, a group from Toledo, Ohio give you a sense that their music was meant to be played on a road trip through the desert as you watch the sky turn to dawn.

The album kicks off which a rockin song entitled "The Speaker are bleeding" which is not unlike something you would hear from the indie rock band the men. Its a solid number that has some heartfelt vocals and crunchy electric guitars sounding similar to "teengage wasteland" by the who. Ballads like "songbird" work well in the context of the album. The strings in the song really give it a nice touch against the loosely played drums. Their music can be either long or short but the message is clear that their stories are vibrant and their emotions are poured out into their tracks. It's music for your soul when you're deep in thought and most of all dealing with the obstacles of love.
